Blackout Generator services our second home in Oklahoma. We appreciate them calling us to suspense our Generator maintenance. It helps when you have several sets of generators to keep on track. BOG comes out regularly and are very careful to inform us of any concerns. They’re very responsive by phone, which is our only real option except for the few weeks that we are present and on site. This business seems to understand our limitations, as out of state home owners.

I'm the process of purchasing a house that has a backup generator installed. I know absolutely nothing about these so I called Blackout Generators for some information. I spoke with Ernest White, a guy that's as well spoken as he is knowledgeable! He not only answered my questions, he explained how the system works at I level I could understand and even gave me basics on how to operate it. Ernest also informed me these generators will require periodic maintenance each year or based on use (thanks for the heads up). But also mentioned Blackout Generators could get me on a maintenance plan where a certified tech will come do everything for me, and it would literally cost less each month than I spend on streaming services! All in all, Ernest and Blackout as a whole far exceeded my expectations. If I buy this house (or any other house with a generator), I know who will be taking care of it. Thanks again guys!
