As with all Blackout Generator employees I have dealt with, Justin was highly professional and well-versed in his product and all things related to it. Your customer service skills, coupled with product knowledge, provided an outcome that was positive.

Exceptional service. Diagnosed an issue, which would’ve been somewhat expensive. Took time and researched to make certain. Re-diagnosed and perform the repair free of charge. They didn’t have to do this, but integrity dictated it reasonable rates, helpful professional people. Can’t go wrong with them.

I changed to them to monitor my generator from the other company I had. I have two small children so it’s important to have power if my electricity goes out especially when my husband is out of town for work. I know Amber and Dallas are here for my generator needs. Their company is on it when it comes to servicing and monitoring my generator. They have been very responsive anytime I contact them for any needs I have. I highly recommend them, their customer service is top notch.
